This agreement is a legal contract between you and Whale VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN and network acceleration application (referred to as the 'App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, distribute, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, the Service Provider may adjust features, plans, or fees within a reasonable scope and provide notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and jailbreaking or rooting devices is not recommended.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When those services are used, their respective terms and privacy policies may also apply.
Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device billing issues, data limits, system settings, local network quality, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming fees are the user’s responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service unavailability caused by device power loss, system failures, third-party platform restrictions, or external network changes is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route and app information, but some data may come from third-party partners, so we are not liable for indirect losses arising from that data. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and users agree to install updates when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service within a reasonable scope; after termination, users must stop using and delete the App.
Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: software or digital service sales are generally final once access, activation, or delivery has been provided, and refund requests will not be accepted afterward.

Customer Support: if you encounter account, client, connection, or configuration issues, contact support and we will try to assist with troubleshooting.
Technical Issues: occasional technical issues may affect use. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve them or provide alternatives, but a technical issue does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided if accounts, subscriptions, licenses, or digital access rights are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: we reserve the right to update this refund policy based on business or compliance needs. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
